Every FBI "agent" that completes and sends in a booklet of 10 receipts earns a free FBI t-shirt, postage paid!

 

Instructions

 

1) Fill in the left part of the receipt with the sponsor's particulars, most importantly their email address. This will allow us to confirm delivery of their shekels into the hands of IDF soldiers.

 

2) At the perforation, tear off the two right squares to give to the sponsor. The middle square is the sponsor's receipt for the money paid. The right square is for the sponsor to give, if they wish, as a gift to a third party.

 

3) When the booklet is completed, please send the left stubs with the sponsor's information, together with payment, to:
